GSM-20H10提供±210V / ±1.05A / 22W的四象限操作。在第一象限和第三象限,它们作为电源运行,为负载供电。在第二和第四象限,它们作为负载使用,在内部耗散功率。而电压值、电流值和电阻值可以在电源或负载操作期间进行量测,其准确度高达0.012%并且分辨率可达1µV/10pA/10µΩ。

采样的速度上,GSM-20H10支持最高50k点/每秒的采样速度,可更精准地针对待测物的特性进行分析。透过4.3寸的大尺寸屏幕,更可以将所有的量测设定、参数与结果都完整的显示在屏幕上。支持SDM (Source Delay Measure)功能,可设定信号产生变化时,延后进行采样,避免稳定前的信号被撷取进去造成误判。内建四种程序输出模式(Linear, Log, SRC-MEM, Custom),最多可支持2500个点的程序变化输出。

在设备保护上,GSM-20H10提供了OVP/OTP保护模式;在OVP的设计上,使用者可自定义OVP的范围,而OTP的保护则可有效防止在测试过程中因温度偏移造成的错误。在接口部分,本产品支持标准的SCPI指令,提供RS-232 , USBTMC , LAN, GPIB (选配)等接口,满足用户不同的接口需求。

  1. Speed = Normal (1 PLC). For 0.1 PLC, add 0.005% of range to offset specifications, except 200mV, 1A ranges, add 0.05%. For 0.01 PLC, add 0.05% of range to offset specifications, except 200mV, 1A ranges, add 0.5%.
